The UK Lingerie Awards celebrates the creative and commercial success of the most influential and established designers and retailers.

The UKLAs, which was founded by Lingerie Insight in 2011, is two events in one. First, a spectacular party at which the leading lights of the lingerie industry come together for a night of fun and a bit of business networking. Secondly, the big reveal of the UKLA award winners in a glittering ceremony.

Guests are also treated to a catwalk show, featuring the most innovative and fashionable lingerie collections set to launch in retail stores next season.

Hundreds of industry professionals, including buyers from top independent and high street retailers are invited to attend this event, as well as lingerie-loving consumers and celebrities.

There are 21 Award categories this year, 17 of which will be judged two separate panels of leading intimate apparel experts.

One panel, comprised of retailers, buyers and trend forecasters, will meet in Central London in October to assess the brand categories and choose their winners.

The second panel, made up of brands and agents, will judge the four retail categories, including Department Store of the Year, Multiple Retailer of the Year, Independent Retailer of the Year and Digital Retailer of the Year.

Nominations close on October 2, Click here to apply.

The public will then have their say on the winners of three highly sought-after gongs, voting for which will open in November. These are: The UK’s Favourite Lingerie Brand, The UK’s Favourite Retailer and the UK’s Favourite Lingerie Designer.

Lingerie Insight will also honour an industry veteran with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Lingerie Insight editor Sarah Blackman said: “I would advise any lingerie company to enter the UK Lingerie Awards for a chance to be recognised for their hard work and dedication over the past year.”
